Update on Order Processing times

Many of our customers are experiencing significant delays in the delivery of their sea moss products. This temporary situation is due to the tremendous number of orders we have received in response to our recent Shark Tank appearance. For this, we sincerely apologize and thank you for your patience.

All of our orders are made lovingly by hand and inspected for product freshness and packaging quality. This attention to detail takes some extra time.  However, this is how we keep our “customer promise” to provide the best tasting and highest quality sea moss products available.  We are committed to our customer promise of product quality no matter how many orders we receive. Most importantly, we are committed and focused on fixing our order delay challenges.
 
IMMEDIATE CHANGES BEING MADE TO ELIMINATE SHIPPING DELAYS 
Bigger Team
- We are doubling our warehouse and kitchen staff to make more products faster.
More Equipment
- We are bringing in more equipment for the kitchen like freezers and mixers, to support the increase in orders.
Doubling Shifts
- Our team is currently working overtime and on weekends to get orders out the door.

BACK TO DELIVERY STANDARDS BY JULY
We hope to be back to the delivery standards of excellence we are known for by the end of July. Again, we sincerely thank all of our customers, both current and new. We appreciate your patience as we go through these growing pains.  We will keep you updated on our progress.
