HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN SEA MOSS GEL

It's a piece of cake! 

STEP 1: Prepare your raw Sea Moss by cleaning it and removing any sea debris, dirt, or particles. We recommend doing it twice.

STEP 2: After cleaning the raw Sea Moss, place it in a large bowl and fill it with fresh water. Cover it and let it soak for at least 12 to 24 hours.

STEP 3: After 12-24 hours, your Sea Moss should be very plump.  Add the Sea Moss to your blender with its nutrient-rich water. 

STEP 4: Mix until smooth for about 1 to 3 minutes. Leave the mix in the refrigerator for 2 hours to allow it to thicken.
